Victoria Norman

Executive Director

Victoria serves as Executive Director at SCS Standards. She oversees sustainability standard development and facilitation of stakeholder groups toward consensus-driven outcomes, and brings experience conducting research, benchmarking exercises, and dissemination of best practices. A veteran certification and assurance professional, she has worked across a diverse range of voluntary sustainability programs under different assurance models in natural resources, sustainable agriculture, food safety, and manufacturing.

She is Vice-Chair of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group to ISO Technical Committee 308 for Chain of Custody and a U.S. Technical Expert engaged in the development of Book & Claim and Mass Balance standards. Before joining SCS Standards, Victoria held positions at SCS Global Services, the European Commission, and the ISEAL Alliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Development in Latin America and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
