Cole serves as Senior Standards Associate, Circularity at SCS Standards. He brings expertise in chain of custody auditing and circular supply chain verification across North America. His work focuses on recycled plastics and includes hands on experience across the value chain, from recyclers and traders to petrochemical companies, brand owners, and plastics converters.

Cole has audited end markets participating in extended producer responsibility (EPR) programs across multiple Canadian provinces and has supported analysis of Oregon’s Recycling Modernization Act and approved Program Plan. With a background in chemical manufacturing and quality management, he brings a practical understanding of compliance, traceability, and circular supply chain implementation, and is passionate about advancing robust circular economies.
